  • What happens if my child is ill?
We will give you a class credit, should you not be able to attend another class at another venue on the same week.
  • What happens if it is raining?
Woodland sessions : Children love puddles, so we would encourage wellies, waterproof trousers, jacket + potentially gloves. However if rain is not your thing then we will give you a class credit should you miss a session due to rain.
  • Where do you hold your classes?
Please go to our venues page to see where we are currently teaching our classes.
  • Why should I consider giving Glide lessons to my child?
The programme offers children the ability to become competent cyclists at an early age through the development of balance and control.
  • Can I book more than one session at a time?
Yes you can book a course of 6 x sessions which is genearally the length of half a school term.
  • How long do the classes last?
    40 minutes.
  • Do I need to bring any kit with me?
Level 1- Balance bikes and helmets are provided, but please feel free to bring your child’s own, if you feel they would prefer to use familiar kit. Level 2 - Your child will need a pedal bike with brakes. You can take the pedals off the bike to turn it into a balance bike for the first 3 sessions, then in session 4 you will need to put the pedals onto the bike.
